If you have a hard time drinking collagen powder cause of the taste or smell. This product is the best. The collagen are compressed in small pills so you can swallow it fast without difficulty. It still taste strange and smell fishy , but I prefer this than forcing myself drinking a drink that I don't like. I'm getting smooth skin as results.
At first I didn't see a difference but after stopping for a month or 2 (hard to buy). My skin became dull and dry while my skincare was still the same. Luckily this site was selling them!
