You already knew that Bioré is a worldwide known beauty brand. But did you also know that Bioré is a Japanese brand? Bioré is the subsidiary of Kao Corporation. The story behind Kao begins with a small skincare company in Tokyo, founded by Tomiro Nagase in 1887. His mission was to develop affordable and high-quality facial care products that he called “Kao”, the Japanese word for “face”. Sounds logical, right?!
