RETURNS
It may happen that you want to return a product. Maybe because it was an impulsive purchase or you want to exchange it for another product. That's no problem. Whatever the reason, you may return or exchange products within 14 days, provided it is unopened and in original condition.

▪ the order number;
▪ the product you want to return;
▪ the reason for return (not mandatory).

If we have processed your return, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 7 days to the IBAN that you have given us. Keep your Track and Trace code until we have processed your return!
PRODUCT RECEIVED IS DAMAGE
If your product has been damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Send us a message via e-mail or our website (Contact us) with your name, order number, photos of the damaged product. We will then contact you to solve it together. You will also receive a shipping label from us to return the damaged product.
