Oil Based Cleanser

An oil based cleanser is the first step in the double cleansing routine. The oil formula or cleansing balm dissolves waterproof makeup, sunscreen and excess sebum that water alone cannot remove. It emulsifies cleanly when rinsed, leaving no greasy residue.
