Before Ordering
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any questions or are unsure about a product, feel free to contact us. We’re always happy to help.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform NOTICE B.V. of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example by email or via our contact form).

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Exchanging products is not possible. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.
Return Requirements
Products must:
• be unused and in their original condition
• not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product
• be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible
You may inspect the product only as you would in a physical store.
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products cannot be returned once unsealed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce the refund if products show signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary for inspection.
How to Return an Item
Returned items must be properly packaged in a protective shipping box and include all original products, components and packaging.
Please include:
• the invoice or packing slip
or
• a note with your name and contact details or your order number
The direct costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt, as the return shipment remains the customer’s responsibility until it has been received by us.

Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs of the original order (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
Promotional Gifts
If your order included a free gift or promotional product because your order reached a minimum order value, the gift must also be returned if returning items causes the order value to fall below that threshold.
If the gift is not returned, the value of the promotional item may be deducted from the refund.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• products made according to customer specifications or clearly personalised
• sealed products not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
• digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with prior consent
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If there is any issue with your order, including damaged, defective or incorrect products, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.
