Soon Jung pH 5.5 Relief Toner contains 93% natural ingredients. All of these ingredients help to balance, moisturize and soothe your skin. Panthenol, a skin-promoting substance closely related to vitamin B5, provides intense hydration, while madecassoside, derived from centella asiatica, repairs skin damage. Madecassoside has a soothing effect for irritated skin. HOW TO USE
After cleansing your face, dispense onto the palm and apply on your face in a gentle tapping motion to promote absorption onto skin. For skin prone to irritation, keep this toner in the refrigerator before use or soak a cotton pad or dry sheet with toner to use it as pack.
