Hagiri’s Organic Matcha “Suruga no Mukashi” is a 20-gram, JAS-certified organic matcha produced in the mountain region of Fujieda, Shizuoka, Japan. It is grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, stone-milled into an ultra-fine powder, and packed at peak freshness. The matcha has a vivid green color, smooth texture, and a naturally sweet umami taste. Although the term ceremonial grade is not traditionally used in Japan, this matcha falls within that quality level and is suitable for formal tea preparation as well as premium daily use.
