Instead of carrying around a bottle of kombucha that needs to be kept refrigerated, simply take a few sticks with you and mix the powder with water whenever you feel like a refreshing kombucha drink. The sticks are easy to store and give you the same consistent taste every time.
Each 5 g stick provides one serving and contains 0 g sugar and approximately 11–17 kcal, depending on the flavour. The formula also contains 17 types of lactic acid bacteria and FOS (fructooligosaccharides), a prebiotic fibre that can serve as a food source for certain bacteria naturally found in your gut.
