HOW TO USE
Take a small quantity onto palm and spread out well before blending into ends or other parts where you want to create movement. Lift the whole of your hair vertically, moving your fingers upwards in a combing motion. Pinch the tips of your hair, creating a flow at the top of your head and in your fringe.
